Cormidi UK and the Italian design team behind the Cormidi brand have developed a range of Tracked Carriers and Power Barrows to meet the individual and demanding requirements of Landscapers in UK & Ireland.
Many of our competitors try to fob customers off with what they have on offer while adopting a "one size fits all" policy.
We on the other hand have developed for you a range of Compact Tracked Carriers with the following options;
Engines: Honda petrol with hand or electric start or Yanmar diesel with electric start.
Skips: Standard tipping skip or high tip skip (With extra loadover height).
Self loaders: Available on the 65/80 series machines. These are chassis mounted and designed to dig not just load.
Dimensions: As compact as practicably possible, the 50 series high tip will fit in the back of a Transit Connect van and our machine widths start at 690mm.
Many landscapers are using a combination of an 800 Kgs micro digger and a tracked dumper costing an average of £18K for the duo. Most landscaping does not involve trenching, the prime function of a Micro Excavator, but usually only the movement of surface material on and off site.
The Cormidi COMBI is equipped with piston pumps and motors to provide high torque for digging and the loader can penetrate the ground 100mm below track level for grading off and the removal of lawns and old tarmac drives.
The machine backloads itself until the skip is full and then carries the spoil to an 8 Cu.Yd waste skip in the street.
Some competitive Tracked Dumpers can only load over 1200mm, the average side height of an 8 Cu. Yd. waste skip. The COMBI on the other hand can load over 1350mm which means it can still load over a skip parked on the footpath from the road below pavement height.
When employed with a grab wagon the COMBI with it’s high tip mechanism can pile the muck much higher than most machines to leave the pile of muck in a very compact surface area for removal.
Having disposed of it’s load in the street the COMBI can then load itself with any materials which have been tipped off for use on the site like stone, sand & soil and then carry these back to the workplace.
